By using SharpAsk ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
SharpAsk is a Chrome extension that enhances AI prompts. You provide rough text, we process it through AI models and return an improved version. The Service includes a free tier and optional paid plans.
Some features require signing in via Google authentication. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials.
Don't use SharpAsk to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service. Don't use automated tools to abuse the free tier limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You own the prompts you submit and the enhanced versions you receive. We don't claim any ownership of your content. We don't store your prompts after processing them.
SharpAsk uses third-party AI models to enhance your prompts. We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the enhanced output. The enhanced prompt is a suggestion — you're responsible for reviewing it before use. AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect, biased, or inappropriate.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no renewal.
If you're unsatisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
We aim to keep SharpAsk available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
SharpAsk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note the date at the top when changes are made.
